Swan & Edgar London is committed to ensuring total satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your timepiece, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and documentation intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Timepiece

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our London warehouse, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our horologists will inspect the item for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
